An international programme for scientific cooperation (PICS) :

  • is a cooperation project based on an ongoing collaborative relationship
  • selected after researchers submit a proposal to an annual call
  • obtains funding dedicated to mobility : visits, meetings, and small equipment
  • created for 3-years, not renewable.
