Computational Biology for Infectious Diseases summer school - 18 - 25 September, Hanoi, Vietnam

The CBID summer school is designed to provide students, researchers and professionals working on infectious diseases with basic concepts and hands-on experience in quantitative analyses of high throughput data. The school is organized in 5 parallel thematic groups of 15 students max covering the following topics:

  • Molecular phylogenetics
  • (Meta)genomics
  • Population genetics
  • Transmission dynamics
  • Epidemics forecasting

For: students, researchers and professionals in human, animal and plant health from ASEAN countries

Level: beginner/intermediate

Language: English, good level required

Note: all expenses are covered by the school. Candidates selected on CV, letter of motivation, letter of recommandation, and English proficiency.
